1. CONDUCTING THERMAL TESTS OF THERMAL POWER PLANTS OF THERMAL POWER PLANTS

Our specialists conduct thermal tests of combined heat and power (CHP) plants.

The purpose of these thermal tests is to determine the calculated thermal performance of heaters, the actual parameters of heating steam and delivery water, temperature pressure, the actual hydraulic characteristics of heaters (pressure loss in the tube bundle, delivery water consumption), obtaining data necessary for planning and rationing the operating modes of the heating plant as a whole, as well as for operational monitoring of indicators equipment operation.

As a result of the project implementation, the Customer has at his disposal a technical report containing thermal and hydraulic characteristics of the operation of the heating plant, necessary for planning and monitoring indicators during further operation.

2. CONDUCTING COMPLEX THERMAL TESTS OF TURBINES

The purpose of the project is to assess the actual technical condition of steam turbines and their components, determine the efficiency of operation, optimize modes and periodically monitor the efficiency of work with recommendations for improving efficiency.

The functional scope of the project:

● study of customer requests, preparation of estimate and contract documentation;

● familiarization with the technical documentation for operation and repair, study of equipment and turbine circuits, selection of initial reference and guidance materials, preparation and approval of the technical test program and measurement configuration;

● preparation and approval of the list of preparatory works, selection and dispatch of measuring instruments and materials to the facility, technical supervision of the work, installation and adjustment of measuring instruments, conducting preliminary experiments to check the readiness of equipment, thermal circuit and measurement configuration for testing;

● conducting experiments in accordance with the program, preliminary processing of test materials;

● dismantling of the measurement scheme, checking and sending devices from the facility;

● primary information processing, calculation of the true values of the measured parameters and the state of steam at the representative points of the installation;

● determination of steam consumption on heaters, on turbine stages and in the condenser;

● calculation and construction of thermal characteristics of turbines, regenerative heaters, condenser and their conversion to nominal conditions;

● graphic design of test results;

● analysis of the data obtained and development of recommendations;

● preparation of a technical report.

During the implementation of the project, preparatory work and thermal tests of steam turbines are carried out, the test results are analyzed and the necessary thermal characteristics of the equipment are developed. Technical reports are issued to provide assessment of the actual technical condition, the efficiency of the equipment is determined and the necessary recommendations are made.
